I had the same problem with one user. Randomly emails wouldn't get mark as Seen. We're using courier-imap and emails were mark as Seen from the server. After removing everything in /tmp/cache* this morning, everything is looking OK now. Hope this helps, Ronan.

You probably either have a broken IMAP server, a broken c-client library, or a corrupt mailbox cache. Try disable all caching in Horde and IMP first.

I have the generally problem that all mails in "inbox" and other folders are everytime unseen. only mails in "sent" are marked as seen.

I don't see this. Works fine here (the message is flagged as replied which, in the default theme, makes the row background green).

After opening an already Seen message, and replying, the message appears as Unseen/New (bolded in message list) when returning to Inbox. After viewing message again, it returns and stays in "Unseen" state.
