states/categories of tickets, we can add this information to each
application's page on hordeweb.
I've attached a patch to hordeweb here for safe-keeping until the
whups install on bugs.h.o has been updated/tested. This adds a
Recently Closed Tickets and a Open Tickets pane in the application's
accordion widget.
This assumes that the 'slug' names for each application's queue is the
name of the application.
