I've taken care of HTTP_HOST, and standardized on "on" in rss.php - were there other files where that was an issue, Jan?

There are currently three different prepositions used in Ansel in the context of the local hostname: on, at, and from. We should agree on a single wording. Beside that, $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] is used instead of $conf['server']['name'].
