Duplicate of bug 5539.
I did search for this bug on the system but the bug 5539 title does
not include the word "filter". Perhaps someone could change it's title
to "IMAP filter stop-script rules halt all processing, not just
processing of the matched message" as IMP only every refers to them as
filters.

If this option is checked filter processing stops irrespective of
whether the rule matches. The effect is that the rules are processed
until one of the rules has this option check then processing stops.
The rest of the rules are skipped.
