Would be nice if the directory detected by the webroot detection
would be used also for the cookie path in conf.php.
Jan pointed out some of the problems here. To do it I think we'd need 
to move cookie_path into registry.php, which is too much imo to do 
right before Horde 3.2.
Even better would be to have a configuration option in conf.xml to
select between automatic webroot detection (used also for cookie
path) or a user defined directory (also used here as cookie path).
I don't agree here, because automatic webroot detection only happens 
in a configuration file.
