This doesn't get a valid bug just because you add it a second time. Duplicate of ~~#5708~~.

Mail body can NOT be seen if Language Turkish Selected , hidden in `application/octet-stream` link so user must open that link to read email normal body at email detail. when they open that link, they can see message body text but not true charecters, even some machine codes.. I need URGENT HELP
