As far as it being groupware or not what we downloaded and installed was the
current horde groupware webmail edition.
I apologize; you mentioned a bunch of app versions separately so I assumed.
You need to try the same Horde versions on both machines and see if
that tells you anything, and you also need to see if the IMAP servers
are the same.
I know it's a pain, but if you tried the same Horde versions on both
machines that would be very helpful in tracking down where the problem
is.

ALSO very helpful would be knowing if both machines are running the
same IMAP server kind and version (or if both talk to a remote IMAP
server).

Any other info about what is different between the servers - version
of PHP, version of the IMAP c-client library that PHP's IMAP module is
compiled against, etc. - are relevant here given that things work on
one box and not the other with the same Ingo code.

And for what it's worth, I've tried this with the current code and
body text matches fine.

Hey I'm just doing what I was asked to do in the forums! I don't know
where the problem is and I don't really want to make the 2 servers the
same as there are other problems on the server where the filters do
work properly. As far as it being groupware or not What we downloaded
and installed was the current horde groupware webmail edition.

I really could use some help on this not a bunch of you don't know
what you have or what you are doing. Tis is not very helpful and if I
knew everything then I would never ask any questions. I spend hours
doing research on the problem before I ask in the forums or create bug
tickets. I really hope its not a bug but saying I am the problem just
because you don't want to help sucks!
This is not the right queue because you are not even _using_
groupware (webmail edition or no). And you've already established
that this is almost certainly not an Ingo problem because the same
Ingo version works on one machine and doesn't work on another.

You need to try the same Horde versions on both machines and see if
that tells you anything, and you also need to see if the IMAP servers
are the same.

Putting it Ingo for now for lack of a better place, since this is not
likely a valid ticket.

I have 2 servers running horde on different domains. One is running
horde H3 with ingo H3 1.1.1 and Imp 4.1.1 and the filters work just
fine. The other is running Horde Groupware Webmail edition with imp H3
4.1.3 and recently upgraded to ingo H3 1.1.3 this is where I have the
problem.

When ever my users try to make a filter rule using the body test the
filters don't work. any other test (header, from, to) works just fine.
Filter rules made with body tests on the other server work just fine.

I am at a loss on this one and I really need a bit of help to get this
working. We have a system that sends us confirmation e-mails on
customer orders and need to check for certain phrases in the body to
route the e-mails to proper folders for processing.

I am using the prefs backend for both servers by the way

The server that works the way we want is running an basic horde
install consisting of

Address Book (turba) H3 (2.1.1)

Calendar (kronolith) H3 (2.1.1)

Filters (ingo) H3 (1.1.1)

Horde (horde) 3.1.1

Mail (imp) H3 (4.1.1)

Notes (mnemo) H3 (2.1)

Tasks (nag) H3 (2.1)

On the server that is not allowing the multi login It is Horde
Groupware Webmail edition consisting of

Address Book (turba) H3 (2.1.3)

Calendar (kronolith) H3 (2.1.4)

Filters (ingo) H3 (1.1.3)

Horde (horde) 3.1.3

Mail (imp) H3 (4.1.3)

Notes (mnemo) H3 (2.1.1)

Tasks (nag) H3 (2.1.2)

The installs are pretty stock on both servers

What I have tried so far is

I installed the exact same ingo that works 1.1.1 from the server that
works on the server that does not, regened the config and still no
body text filters work

I upgraded to ingo 1.1.3 still no body text filtering.

I tried body text alone and with header tests. the header tests work.
