It should be configurable eventually because the user name is configurable in Cyrus, but the default works fine for most installations.

Committed, I just did it by adding a hiddenAccounts array instead of hardcoding cyrus. Thanks!

Patch hides (and this way protects) an important 'cyrus' account in cyrus sql driver.
