I wonder where these requests are coming from - the /user-password URL is obviously not part of anything Horde related, but I wonder if someone did something bundled with groupware, and botched it?

I have set up horde mail server. When my users click the link to change their user password the get the following error. You don't have permission to access /user-password on this server. Please send me the solution. Thanks in advance
