Implemented in ftp and qmail drivers in both Forwards and Vacation.

It would be nice if Forwards (and Vacation) could support the 'ssl' parameter when using the ftp VFS layer. Changes needed in "lib/Driver/forwards.php" and in configuration. Thanks Arne N
