This works fine here. More than likely your block files (application/lib/Block) are either missing, in the wrong place, or have the wrong permissions. Also, please use the mailing lists (http://horde.org/mail) for support.

In the Layout screen, where I'm supposed to have each application I have chosen as part of my layout, I have error messages in each box. The error message for the Horde application for example says "Horde: Block "time" of application "horde" not found." In the "Add Here" sections of this page, the only choice available is "XX", but it is supposed to have the applications I have installed. With this bug, I am unable to modify my layout.
