Ah, OK. Perhaps the links should be named "Show Lists, Contacts, Both" in order to distinguish?

The All link you're referring to is to show both contacts and contact lists - different from the all/a/b/c etc. pager.

When browsing contacts in the Address Book, there are links next to the dropdown: Show Lists, Contacts, All The "All" link doesn't work; it just refreshes the page. However, in the links "All (A) B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z ", "All" DOES work.
