The message that there is no subject is a confirmation message. If you click "OK", you're saying yes, send with no subject. You need to cancel if you don't want to send the message.

I sent an email and HORDE gave me a message saying there was no Subject - but it had already sent the email! If youre going to tell me I forgot to put a subject, please give me a chance to add one. Thanks.
