If you host your own Horde install, then you need to provide us with 
much more detail about what's going on - where is it slow, what's 
happening in the httpd and imapd log files, etc. It kind of sounds 
like you don't run your own server, though, in which case you need to 
talk to whoever does, not us.

We've had Horde mail for years. All of a sudden it's like a snail to 
open.  Never had this problem.



Plus, it takes forever to upload attachments.  We didn't max out out 
attachment allotment, but some attachments say their attached and no 
attachment is recieved on the other end.



And - is "blacklisting" the same as spam? - I've looked everywhere for 
a spam folder and none exists.
