The Kolab driver for Kronolith doesn't store the reccurence end date 
or the reccurence count (called the "range" in the Kolab spec), this 
used to function correctly but it appears that after some code 
reorganisation this has been broken. The attached patch corrects this, 
the patch also includes the fix for #5292.
