But the email notification requires the framework/MIME/MIME/Mail.php which is
not part of Horde 1.3 tree release tree.
Installing the HEAD version of framework/MIME/MIME/Mail.php resolves the
issue without further problems (using Horde 1.3.4-cvs). I suppose not using
the e-mail notifications would also bypass the problem.
