State ⇒ Not A Bug
you are accessing a filesystem with hundreds/thousands of
files/directories, it will take a long time to determine quota (even
worse if it is over a network link). If this is happening to you,
then most likely you can't use quotas on your system.

Summary ⇒ problem with quota and FTP
Queue ⇒ Gollem
has a 100 MB of filesystem quota. I set
'quota' => "100 MB",
but when I click on the quota icon on gollem menu, a pop up appears
and showing nothing. Worse, after that I no more do nothing with the
current sessions. Even after restarting the browser I can't access
horde.
However if I use another browser or restart apache on the server horde
works again.
