Are you sure you have the prototype/scriptaculous updates and have
cleared any old versions from your browser cache?
Yes I cleared the cache. My head is from 2007-03-18.

Selecting a calendar in any browser (IE, FF, Opera) produces an

JS error "Stack overflow at line: 0." error.

The calendars are stil swapped. I guess it does not detect the end of 
the available calendar array since the message appears 2 times.  Maybe 
one for remote calendars one of local calendars.
