Fixed with a better check in the datetime type class.

When creating a ticket, and setting 'Ticket State' to Assigned in Step 3, the Step 4 screen comes up. On that screen, under the 'Step 3' section, the due date will display 11/30/1999 even if no Due Date had been set in the previous screen. However, when done with Step 4, the Due date is correctly not set in the final, created ticket.
