Does the browser set to the mime type to text/plain or something else?

The relevant mime type is the one that the file is being uploaded with
(by your browser)

Have also experienced this problem. Wordperfect attachments are
incorrectly displayed in Horde as a text file and cannot be opened
with a single click or download correctly. Searched through MIME
sources myself and everything I could find appears to reflect a
correct MIME type, so I am not sure what is causing this issue.
Switching to attachments via VFS allows one to workaround the problem,
but is not an optimal solution. It would appear that Horde is
incorrectly identifying the document altogether. I check the IANA
assignments and also check the file with a hex editor and the
definition in mime.magic appears correct, yet still shows up
incorrectly within Horde.

You can what?

Beside that, what's the mime type being used for the wordperfect
attachment in the broken message?

I have a customer sending wordperfect 9 documents via IMP back and
forth to different email accounts on our system. All users use IMP as
their primary email accounts. Users are running win XP / Firefox.

If a wordperfect attachment is sent form another domain / email client
the file is opened without issue. Once the file is confirmed ok, and
they forward to someone using IMP, then the file is corrupted.

I see this was a resolved bug in this version of IMP, but apperantly
not? I can up
