Yes, i confirm this. Is fixed or no? I see that isn't.

It's the same problem of bug 8420

Fixed in CVS. Maintenance tasks still aren't executed for me, but
that's a different issue.

Sounds like a duplicate of Ticket 4645.  I had originally fixed this
problem in Ticket 4602, but it wasn't BC.  However, I still can't
figure out a way to maintain BC and have this issue resolved correctly
(as I have mentioned previously).

Reverting Util.php back to 1.414 fixes the problem.

Are you using Horde or IMP authentication? I'm using Cyrus SQL
authentication with hordeauth = full in IMP. Also what is you
preference for application after login?

If you set IMP as application after login, maintenance screen blocks
access to the mailbox. It doesn't matter what button you press, it
keeps coming again. If application after login is portal then it
works. This is because form action value is double encoded:

action="/horde/imp/redirect.php?actionID=login&autologin=1&server_key=cyrus&nocache=6i0soozbs4ic&maintenance_done=1&domaintenance=1"
