Got it. Problem was in ticket logging; I've fixed 472 manually, and if you see any others, note them, and I'll fix them in the whups_logs table on bugs.horde.org. Oh, and if I wasn't clear, I fixed the underlying bug, too.

He is talking about the ticket history, not the attachment list. In the attachment list both attachments are fine, but in the history the same attachment is shown twice.

Both "New attachment" links point to the same file. They should point to different files.

I uploaded two attachments with the same to ~~ticket #472~~. Whups correctly renamed the second attachment, but the link to the attachment from the comment still points to the first attachment instead of the second renamed attachment. http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=472
