HEAD already behaves this way, at least in FF. Are you using a specific browser, or not actually using HEAD?

When composing a new email, cursor defaults to message box of email. I have numerous users requesting that it default to the To: address box. (Such as the behavior of most email clients. Appreciate your hard work, -Nathan Dornquast
