Big time issues here.  Turns out the error is occurring because 
prototype.js is loaded twice (once from imp and once from 
horde/services/portal).  If you comment out the prototype include in 
services/portal/index.php, everything works fine.

I'll look into this further once I get a script debugger installed 
into my IE7 VM. I've got a generic javascript error out of it, not 
just the "page can't be ..." error, hopefully with a real debugger 
that'll reveal what's up.

Worth noting that this only happens in the portal - imp itself is fine.
Confirmed.



I seen this error in the past, when IE gets badly encoded URL in the 
request. Don't know if this could be it but worth checking.
