Feel free to patch Kronolith 2.1 locally, but in 2.2 and later there is an expandable panel that shows the displayed calendars.

This adds a check-mark (html4 entity ~~#10003~~) to the displayed calendar drop-down box in the kronolith menu bar to make it easier to tell which calendars are visible.
