This might be one of those cure worse than the disease things. Just envision the people asking where the delete button went... I think if we're going to move something moving the status dropdown would be better. I'd also like to see the delete links be actual buttons at some point, and move a few more things out of that main ui.

Okay... any suggestions on what should move where, though? How about just swapping "Delete" and "View Messages" ?

We've received some feedback from our user community complaining that the "select all" box is too close to the "delete all selected" UI element, and makes it too easy to accidentally delete a screen of mail.
