when I select another langage in horde login screen, nothing happens,
it stays english everywhere.
the same if I select in imp options langage french for example the
interface stays in english.
I have checked that the langage files are at the right place
/var/www/horde/locale/fr_FR# ls -l *
-rw-r--r-- 1 www-data www-data 2067 2006-11-07 01:13 help.xml
LC_MESSAGES:

and the permissions are correct.
Even if I put in Options > Global > Locale and time :

I still have english everywhere.
