Well, you might have mentioned that part. And if that's the case, then you put it in the wrong queue.

I'm 99% positive that you simply have an out-of-date database schema. If you look in your horde or db logs and get the actual database error message, we could know for sure.

Here is the error message after submit new ticket. Adding your ticket failed: DB Error: constraint violation.
