You can already do this easily with a backend configured to store the uploaded files in a directory served by the web server.

There should be a way to make my uploaded files world readable for a user which has no horde account. I think of a link that i can gife everyone to download the file. Best it would be exactly like it is with the linked attachments in IMP. For a set period of time the file is downloadable and i have the ability to delete it for download i it was downloaded. There should be also a possibility to view the files which are world readable in the moment.
