The ldap_connect() function doesn't accept a timeout parameter.

Hello.

Could I suggest to add a param in sources.php in order to set a
timeout for ldap connexion. Indeed, when you set a ldap directory and
that this directory is not reachable, as far Turba is configured in
IMP, everything is running slow as the system tries to connect to the
directory.

With such a parameter, it could be possible to set a time to try to
connect. When that time is over, the connexion attempt is stopped.

Thank you.

Regards,

Emmanuel Aubert
