Sorry to follow up to my own comment, but an update fixed this. All seems to be working normally now. [Show Quoted Text - 16 lines][Hide Quoted Text] Works fine here. Unless you can find a way to reliably reproduce this on a developer's system, there isn't anything we can do. This continues to be a problem for a number of people. I'd very much like to help the developers solve this problem. To that end, I'm including information about our current environment to see if a common thread can be found: We're running Cyrus 2.2.12, PHP Version: 5.1.2, Horde Horde: 3.1.3, and IMP 4.1.3. What appears to be happening is that the message is attempting to be expunged _before_ being marked deleted. I managed to patch this behavior so that 'Empty Trash' works properly, but I have yet to work up a solution for deleting individual messages from the trash folder.

I've noticed that the delete button in the trash folder doesn't work: if I select a message in the trash folder and then press the delete button the message selected isn't removed. Instead if I perform the same action in other folders, the delete button works (by mmoving the selected message(s) in the trash folder). Mailbox caching is disabled. The only way to remove messages in the Trash folder is by clicking the "Empty trash folder" button; I would like to delete from the Trash folder possibly a single message instead of all the messages contained.
