The code in FW_3 looks good to me and I can't reproduce with the 
latest CVS FW_3 either.

Occurs on login using FW_3.  HEAD uses a single-level 
$_SESSION['_registrymtime'], while FW_3 uses a multi-level array.   
Should we backport the HEAD code to FW_3?
