If you want support, ask on the mailing lists or hire someone. If you want this to be a bug report you're going to need to provide a LOT more information - enough that someone else could reproduce it easily.

I have been able to get into the horde base once but once configured I get a weird loop problem wherer the logout screen scrolls horizontally over the page over and over
