This comes from calling Horde::label() on data that shouldn't contain access keys.

If a user has an underline in their username, eg. john_smith, when viewing/editing a group the username will be displayed with an accesskey on the letter s: <label for="remove_john_smith" accesskey="s">john<span class="accessKey">s</span>mith</label>
