Is it because of cyrus prefs which I have set in servers.php of IMP?
I am attaching the file.  I have a doubt on realm parameter!
Yes, that explains your behaviour. The authentication backend is
returning the user list without the domain, but since you have set the
realm parameter, the realm is attached to the user name on login.

Then you have set a username hook that you didn't tell us about.
I have set a hook for from_addr.  Do you mean the same (username hook)?
No, I meant the _username_hook_from/to_backend(), other than that I
have no idea how the behaviour you describe could happen.

What I need to do, in this case?

Do you mean the drop down list with the user names contains names
with domains for all users except one who has a list without domains?
How is this user different from the others beside that?
No, in the drop down list for Individual Users, I get all user id's
without domain, whereas it should have been all the usernames with
domain.  Because, for me/self it shows asa@isac.gov.in's permissions.
So, as other users also belong to same domain, the drop down list
should have listed all users with default domain.

When I Edit permission for my calender, I get

Owner Permissions:

asa@isac.gov.in  Show Read Edit Delete

(Here I get username and domain name)

But, In case of

Individual Users:

The list contains usernames without domain.

It should least username with default domain or internally it should
add default domain.
