Sounds cool. Because of the RDO stuff, and because this might be a 
nice thing to be PEAR-installable from pear.horde.org (perhaps as a 
Horde_Block plugin?), I've added it to the incubator for now. Please 
mail core@horde.org for a CVS account if you'd like to maintain it

Autogenerates default data for domains (mx record, www, ftp, mail...).
