Fixed in CVS. You didn't give the users/guests edit permissions. We check that case now.

When trying to load volos (either through the menu, or as a guest user through a website) I get a message indicating that volos is attempting a redirect that will never complete, this message occurs in firefox, in safari I am presented with a completely blank page and in IE I get a Page can not be displayed error.
