When function strlen shadowed by mb_strlen (through mbstring.func_overload in php.ini) zip archive handling code works improperly because in this case incorrect size of data returned. For exampe zip attachment saving in IMP doesn't work properly - not full archive has been saved. Seems it can be reflected in Install issues
