grouped by first letter. If the Name Format is 'Firstname Lastname", a
contact with e.g. Firstname=Joe, Lastname=User ist found in Group 'J'.
If the Name Format is 'Lastname, Firstname', this contact is found in
Group 'U'. When 'All' contacts are shown sorted by the 'Name' column,
this contact is always sorted by Lastname regardless of the Name Format.
Suggested solution: Either group and sort always by Lastname or always
by Name Format or give the user a choice to select if grouping and
sorting by Name should be the same.
