instead of numerical order: bookmarks with 1 click, 10 to 19 clicks,
and 100 to 199 clicks are all grouped together in the "1"s, bookmarks
with 2 clicks, 20 to 29 clicks, and 200 to 299 clicks are all grouped
together in the "2"s, etc.
Only bookmarks with 9 clicks, 90 to 99 clicks, and 900 to 999 clicks
appear at the top of the report.
