It's already fixed in HEAD. You can backport it if you really want.

There are two <div> tags which have the same id of "menu" in the sidebar. This isn't technically valid html. One seems to be around the logo, the other around the collapse/expand icon, but I'm not 100% sure of that since I only took a quick look at it. Very low priority, but should be fixed so the html validates...
