When a user adds a Forward (or Vacation) and then disables it, it will be disabled on the sieve backend and it is also displayed as "disabled" in the filter rules list. But if the user logs out and in again it is again displayed as "enabled". Note: the storage dirver for the ingo rules is "prefs"
