If you administer your own Horde installation, all you need to do is
to disable the option to check IP in the session - it's in Horde's
authentication configuration.

If you don't, you need to tell your administrator to do the same.

Btw, this has nothing to do with the horde.org servers.

In North America, Horde works fine. I'm in Dubai now, and every time I
go to log on, I get the message:

"Your Internet Address has changed since the beginning of your Mail
session. To protect your security, you must login again."

If I click on "Mail" (which displays the number of new mails that have
arrived) on the left, the login message above, in the center, vanishes
momentarily, but as soon as I click "log in" again, it reappears.

Weird thing is, I can go through this several times, as many as ten,
and nothing will happen except being booted back to the error message.
However, now and then, I seem to "break through" to my mail, and I can
see and interact with my mail. However, that is usually only good for
one or two clicks and then I'm booted out again with the same message
and the need to log in again.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
