Is there a reason for this pref to be shared? No. Fixed in HEAD and IMP 4.1.2.

The new preference for default_msg_charset has the property shared set to true after patching IMP 4.1 to 4.1.1. However, the help information is put in the IMP help file and not the horde file. The side-effect of this is that the help link next to the preference points to the horde module help information and not imp's. Either the shared property should be false or the help information should be in the horde help file and not the imp help file.
