Here's the description:
I use mod_rewrite and page names which contain a slash in it.
The new version of Text_Wiki "urlencodes" the page name, so a
a wrong href entry for a freelink (e.g.
'http://example.org/wicked/Horde%2FHowTo?referrer= ...')
will be created.
