Whatever the reason is, this is not a bug. Try getting support on the
Nag mailing list. And follow the install instructions in docs/INSTALL,
not in the wiki.

Hi,

thanks for your reply.

I run a rm -r of horde and reinstal all with the istructions of wiki:

http://wiki.horde.org/FC4InstallationNotes

On my Gentoo Linux, but I received the first error.

If I click on logout I received always the same error.

Best regards,

Either your Horde or Nag configuration are completely broken, or you
are using incompatible versions.

The most important is missing: the complete error message in the left frame

The Hystory:

Yesterday I install the Horde-CVS with FC4-howto, I go myserver/horde,
configure all modules and close the browser.

Today I go to myserver/horde and I see the screenshots in attachment.

Best regards,

Truzzone

When I visit after configuring horde from the web for the first time,
I see this error in the left menĂ¹:

A fatal error has occurred

Required "charset" not specified in nag configuration. The file
/var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde/config/../nag/config/conf.php should
contain a $conf['storage']['params']['charset'] setting.

[line 534 of /usr/share/php/Horde.php]

In the nag/config/conf.php I add this line:

$conf['storage']['params']['charset']='utf-8';

but I have the same error.

Thanks to ALL for your work.

Best regards,

Truzzone
