I would really prefer to have identity selection instead of this. Jan, do you feel strongly about not rejecting this in favor of the functionality in ~~request 1886~~?

Allows the user to configure an alternative email address in user prefs. If an alternative address is present, the kronolith reminders.php script will send the alarm there instead. Also made some optional changes to the format of the alarm mail for users of mobile phones.
