Update to a newer Horde version.

i have installed horde recently on my windows xp box, with apache 2 and php 5.0.4 installed, it went ok and i could log in horde but the problem is that when i try to access the tabs in setup of horde it just reloads the page, i checked the link i found that it is the same at each tab but with # at the end, please help on on this as it is urgent
