Summary ⇒ New Mail Problem after apache update

after i updates apache from 2.0.54 to 2.0.55 i have a problem with
writing new mail. The Popup comes up and i can write the mail. But
sending brings up the empty popup again (it is not closed and the mail
is not send)
The same is with attaching files. When i say attach it reloads the
page but there is no attachment and the written text in gone
i tried a downgrade to 2.0.54 and it works again.
all other things are working fine.
There is now hint in horde.log even if i raise the level to debug. Nothing.
it's a gentoo box and with the update to 2.0.55 i also recompiled php.
so this should not be an issue.
