I agree with Jan, and also I prefer having things sorted into bugs and 
enhancements over patches vs. non. We could add a custom attribute for 
whether or not a patch is present, though.

Well I just thought that it would be more logical way to differ 
requests. But if you happy about the way it is now, it's OK for me too.

I usually assign tickets as soon as they have a working patch 
attached. This at least allows to differ requests with and without 
patches. Do we need more?

I'd like to suggest new ticket type "Patch" on bugs.horde.org. This 
way all patches could go there.
